Product Description

The main function of Antioxidant for plastics is to delay or inhibit the oxidation process of polymers when they exist in small amounts in polymer systems, thereby preventing polymer aging and extending their service life. The main function of Antioxidant is to capture free radicals or promote the decomposition of peroxides, thereby preventing organic compounds from chain reactions under the action of heat, light and oxygen, and protecting the structure and properties of the material from being destroyed.

Antioxidant Feature

1. Hindered phenol-hindered amine Antioxidant have dual functions, good thermal stability, anti-precipitation, and radiation resistance, and good compatibility with resins. They are an excellent antioxidant and thermal stabilizer for polymer materials.

2. Reactive Antioxidant can polymerize with monomers and become part of the polymer, thereby solving the defects of antioxidant volatilization, extraction, migration, etc.

3. Phenolic Antioxidant are widely used in plastics, synthetic fibers, rubber, food and other industries. They have excellent antioxidant properties, low toxicity, and no discoloration.

4. Phosphite Antioxidant can decompose hydroperoxides to generate stable substances to terminate free radical chain reactions. They are also non-volatile, low toxic, less polluting, and heat-resistant.
