Ethylene Bis Oleamide,EBO

EBO is a synthetic wax. It is used as lubricant, brightener, smoothing agent, anti adhesion agent and release agent in plastics, and antistatic agent for cellophane. This product is suitable for internal and external lubricants of ABS, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate and phenolic resin; It is especially suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene films. It can be used as pigment abrasive, pigment dispersant and polyamide paraffin coupling agent. It can improve the compatibility and thermal aging stability of talc filled polypropylene. It can change the compatibility between paraffin and resin. As a release agent, this product can be used for thermoplastic resin in injection molding.

l EBH is used as internal lubricant and release agent of plastics. It is suitable for hard PVC, PP, PS, etc. with good transparency. It can be used as lubricant and anti adhesion agent for non-toxic transparent PVC torsional film and transparent PVC particles.

l EBH is used for glass fiber reinforced PA, PBT, pet, PP, PAS, ABS, POM, PC, PPS and other products, and textile glass fiber is exposed. At the same time, it can increase the surface smoothness of the product, improve the melting index, improve the fluidity, reduce the processing temperature, reduce the torque of the screw, reduce the wear of the machine, improve the service life of the machine and cancel the power consumption.

Stearyl Erucamide

Stearyl Erucamide is a white to off-white powder or particle ,Cas No.10094-45-8, melting point 65-85℃. Stearyl Erucamide has excellent high temperature resistance characteristics, especially suitable for high temperature processing of polyolefin plastics, polyamide, polyester and acrylic resins, smooth, lubricating, anti-stick and demoulding. Aosen Stearyl Erucamide has good lubricity and smoothness, excellent thermal stability, and can be used in plastic or resin processing at more than 300℃.
