Product Description

PVDC Emulsion is a high solid content polymer water-based resin dispersion. When using PVDC Emulsion, a small amount of film forming aids and wetting agents need to be added and mixed evenly for later use. Apply PVDC Emulsion on the metal surface after anti-corrosion pretreatment; After natural drying, apply multiple coats to ensure a film thickness of over 70um and a salt spray resistance of over 500 hours; It has the advantages of fast film formation, low VOC content, good adhesion to metal substrates, and good paint film strength. It can be used for metal anti-corrosion treatment of steel structures, pipelines, storage tanks, bridges, metal brackets, automotive components, and other metal structures.
