Product Description

PVDC Resin 10 is a heat-sensitive resin which synthesized by suspension copolymerization of VDC-MA. It has a high gloss and excellent barrier property to oxygen,odour and water vapor. PVDC Resin 10 can be composited processing into multi-layer coextrusion film with PE、EVA and other material by casting or blowing ,with superior water vapor and oxygen barrier,Good heat shrinkage performance at low temperature. PVDC Resin 10 can be applicated into a variety of fresh meat packaging andprotective fabrics

Attention Of Using PVDC For Fresh Meat Packaging

PVDC resin 10 is a kind of thermosensitive resin. It will block the flowing channel and cause the machine break down if the residence time takes too long. The machine needs to be dismantled to clean up before restart. Thermal degradation during melt processing will release hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas.

For PVDC, Radiation Cross-Linking is a kind of damage to the PVDC crystal layer, and the smaller of time and strength, the better. The cross-linking strength can reach the goal of PE Cross-Linking without damaging the PVDC crystal layer under slight time and strength. The barrier of the product will decrease follow the strength of Radiation Cross-Linking.

 

Packaging And Transportation of PVDC Resin

Considering the characteristics of the product, it should be loaded and discharge lightly during transportation to prevent collision, rain, sun exposure, and pollution. Products should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse, and stacking is strictly prohibited.The Packaging is 1Ton/Bag or 50kg/Cardboard Drum
